Making a Positive Difference
The Service Coordinator Program plays an important role in supporting the health, stability, and wellbeing of residents at Mayfair Golden Manor. By helping residents connect to trusted resources and services, we make it easier for individuals to access the support they need while continuing to live independently.
Our program helps residents navigate challenges such as finding food resources, completing forms, locating health services, and participating in wellness activities. We also strengthen the community by building relationships with local organizations, healthcare providers, and service partners that bring valuable programs directly to residents.
Every connection made, question answered, and resource provided helps create a stronger, healthier, more informed, and more connected community for residents.
